A Serenity Service
Pre-Vocational Training
Pre-Vocational Training helps individuals build the everyday workplace skills that lead to real, paid jobs in the community. Through hands-on learning and practice — not a classroom lecture — participants develop the confidence and habits employers look for, preparing them for competitive, integrated employment at fair wages.
